Having spent many years coaching senior executives from a broad range of sectors, I began to notice how the greatest shifts in their leadership were invariably preceded by personal transformations...
A CEO that wanted to change the behaviour of her directors towards each other managed it effortlessly once she had seen clearly how her own behaviours and mindsets were conditioning those around her.
A senior team leader was able to relieve himself of crippling levels of stress once he had realised how much responsibility he was taking for things that were not his responsibility to take.
The way we experience the world 'outside' is largely determined by the dynamics of our inner worlds. This is Leadership Inside Out - it focuses on the inner dynamics of thinking, feeling and perception to impact our outer worlds.
Seeing the same patterns repeat in different people, I set about creating a program to address the root causes of dysfunctional leadership, easily resolving common issues including stress, conflict, exhaustion and poor performance, all within a leadership context.

Designed to be completed in sequence, each program runs for 8 weeks, comprising 8 units of proprietary, online content. Weekly or fortnightly 1-on-1 coaching allows both exploration of the material and the live work challenges you are facing. Extra meetings are available on request as part of the program.

Who it's for
You are a senior manager with experience under your belt, but with a yearning to lead with more impact and less of a toll on you. You know what you want and what you don't want, but you may not know how to get there. You'll be a CEO, a board member, a divisional manager. You may think of yourself as an entrepreneur, or you may be an owner-manager. Regardless of your title, you will have senior responsibility, which at times makes demands that you struggle to meet.
